Acai berries are rich in B-vitamins and minerals and help soothe inflammation.
They're also a source of antioxidant anthocyanins, the dark pigments which give the fruit its colour. Spots mean damaged skin, which encourages the formation of free radicals, harmful molecules which can damage the skin. Antioxidants help the skin by neutralizing the effects of free radicals.

Like acai berries, blueberries are high in antioxidant anthocyanins. They also have
anti-irritant properties, which means that they suit delicate skin.
Blackcurrant

A famously good source of vitamin C, as well as anthocyanin pigments.
Blackcurrants are reputed to have anti-inflammatory benefits, too, so together with those potent anthocyanins it's a combination designed to promote clearer-looking skin.
